Carmen Gama is a New York-based designer and expert in Circular Design and Business Models. Originally from Mexico, she serves as Director of Circular Design at EILEEN FISHER. A graduate of Parsons The New School for Design, Gama focuses on designing scalable systems to extend the life cycle and re-capture the value of pre- and post-consumer textile waste. Her work aims to reduce the environmental impact of fashion while creating replicable business models for other brands to adopt.
Gama has been featured in numerous publications including Women’s Wear Daily, Business of Fashion, The Wall Street Journal, Vogue, The New York Times and Harper’s Bazaar.
